The hotel itself was great — clean, comfortable, and met expectations. However, I rated it the way I did because of the unwelcoming attitude of the front desk staff. When we arrived, Michelle did not greet us or make us feel welcome. Her demeanor came across as rude and dismissive, which was disappointing and a bit embarrassing since I had guests visiting from out of town. After a long day of traveling, a simple “hello” or warm welcome would’ve made a big difference. Please consider speaking with her — first impressions at check-in truly set the tone for a guest’s stay. Because of this experience, I’m second-guessing whether I’ll stay here again in the future.
