We would stay here again. Breakfast was a little chaotic due to the size of the room, but was good. Our room was nice and clean. The heating ticks each time it kicks on, but it wasn't awful.

I checked in to another hotel. I didn't have a reservation there but they gave us a room. This was our 1st time in Cleveland, visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We are 2 handicaped seniors. I didn't realize the error on our part until after we checked into the other hotel and realized we were in the wrong hotel. The low rating was because we were charged for not staying where we made our reservation. I understand the charge but really would appreciate a credit. This mistake was an expensive lesson.
