The girls are the best and sweetest. I find the desk clerks rude and disrespectful. When you are there for a sick loved one, you need compassion and not sarcasm."

"We went to Cincy for a concert, the hotel was located close to both the venue and the local pubs. There was a dance competition in that area as well the night before so we had to wait a little longer for our room to be ready but the staff was accommodating and hotel bar was a great place to wait."
