"It's a beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was large and clean. We stayed in the main building. And we had a lovely ocean view. The only negative would be was the mattress. We had a king size bed and it was hard. Not firm, but hard. Felt like a thinly padded box spring. My husband has back issues so it affected him more. "

"We had the king accessible room as I am in a wheelchair and it was partial ocean view, and it was absolutely perfect. And the patio by the pool was the perfect spot as it’s right on the ocean staff was always cleaning and super friendly. We would definitely come back here again. "

"To book a hotel, you should call the hotel first. After choosing it because of all the amenities I needed (pool, hot tub, etc.), I received a message after paying saying none of them worked, even though I could have chosen something better. I didn't cancel because the payment system I used was very slow, and I would have lost my money if it hadn't been processed. The parking was awful; there was too much space for motorcycles and not enough for cars, making it very difficult to park. We also paid a deposit, and it took a long time to get it back, while other hotels are much faster. Otherwise, the service was very good, and they gave my wife a birthday present."
