We had a wonderful stay at Symphony Beach Club in Ormond Beach. From the very beginning, the experience felt personal and well cared for. The off-property owner was incredibly thorough I received one of the most detailed welcome emails I’ve ever gotten, covering everything from the exact location of the room lockbox to Wi-Fi passwords and helpful property details. It made arrival seamless and stress-free. Being a privately owned and operated condominium is truly a huge plus. You can absolutely tell that the owners care about the property and the guest experience. During our stay, we ran into several very kind people, which only added to the welcoming atmosphere. One of the things I appreciated most was how peaceful it felt. Even though you're close to the main road, I never felt like I was right next to traffic. Parking was easy and convenient, and having an elevator made everything accessible and simple. All amenities were provided in the room, and everything was exactly as explained. The space was clean and comfortable it honestly felt like I was staying at the beach place of someone I knew. Yes, there’s some normal wear and tear, but that’s part of its charm. It has that retro, casual beach stay feel that I personally love a nostalgic “old Florida” vibe you don’t often find surrounded by larger corporate brands. I actually enjoyed sleeping on the Murphy bed because the mattress is very firm. The pull-out couch was slightly softer, buplush ma

The room was nothing like the web sight showed. The bed was so uncomfortable with pillows so flat that there was really no purpose to them. The shower was cloged up so that you had to take very fast shower so the water would not run out. It was awful that we paid what we paid and nothing happens, but we are so sorry you didn't enjoy yourself and are place.

Just being real honest here. The pictures of the place are very deceiving. In need of definite updates, at least in the room we stayed in. Had several issues when we checked in, but I will say they took care of them. I booked this place based on reviews from others. Not sure how this places was ranked as high as it did. Definitely a 2 at the least until some updates are made. I will say it was a quiet place to stay though.

The young man in the office (I believe his name is Aaron) was helpful and friendly. The “Sandy Feet” condo is charming and just the right size for one or two people. I found it clean and tidy and fully stocked with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and will stay again. Dante was very helpful as well. I highly recommend Symphony Beach Club to anyone wanting a beachside getaway complete with pool, grills, ocean view and everything needed for a tropical holiday.

I want to start with the positive. The room was clean and stocked with dishes for our stay. The view from the balcony was spectacular. There is a lot of things to do in the area. Now the not so good. The bed was terrible. The couch is in need of replacement. We had to hunt down housekeeping if we needed anything. The heat,a/c unit is extremely noisy at times.

The room needed repair, no refund given by owner. The shower did not work and i lost my stay in daytona which ruined my weekend. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I love this spot. Unfortunately they made us leave like the other hell of terrible hotels and resorts that have not yet refunded their customers money for discrimination. I never lied about my puppy and I know a lot due of service dogs so it’s disappointing
