"This hotel is in need of renovations, it is clearly an older hotel and it shows from the front lobby to the scary elevator ride and dark hallways were half the lights were out. Towels were old and dingy looking. I will not be stay here again as I did not feel comfortable or truly safe."

"Good things: oceanfront room, the room was clean, the patio was nice, the staff was pleasant and helpful Things needing improvement: the bed was fair at best (not very comfortable); the pillows were too hard; the TV was among the smallest we’ve seen in a hotel room; we didn’t care for the overhead shower (it’s OK to have a shower head there but need one on the end too); breakfast was inferior, with few offerings and only bananas as fruit, to what we expected for the price paid. "To book a hotel, you should call the hotel first. After choosing it because of all the amenities I needed (pool, hot tub, etc.), I received a message after paying saying none of them worked, even though I could have chosen something better. I didn't cancel because the payment system I used was very slow, and I would have lost my money if it hadn't been processed. The parking was awful; there was too much space for motorcycles and not enough for cars, making it very difficult to park. We also paid a deposit, and it took a long time to get it back, while other hotels are much faster. Otherwise, the service was very good, and they gave my wife a birthday present."
