We came into the front desk without a reservation and was welcomed by someone who helped us book a room. It was really early and we knew we might have an issue checking in that early… he made it really simple by taking our number and texting us when it was. We were amazed at how nice and big the room was. The ceiling fans were excellent, the couch was soft. We are already talking about coming back to this location next year. Well done and the only complaint was thw noise , but that isn’t something you can control and we were aware of the construction still going on from Milton. So all that is understanding and won’t keep us from coming back. Thank you

All, There were so many things wrong .The lazy river , nothing worked . The stones burned our feet. The whole area was too small . The room too small or designed wrong for a pull out .The bed was harder than a rock. For a hilton the bed quality horrible . To top it all off there wasn't a continental breakfast. The price for what we received , way over priced. Another thing when you try to step out on the balcony The level of the bottom of the door .

We stayed for a two night weekend and found the location good. The room was nice, could see it would be a good option for a longer stay - bedsit type set up with combo kitchen, sitting and bedroom. Bed was comfy and shower was good. Only issue was a big cockroach stuck on the sheer curtain. I asked at the front desk if someone could remove it but no-one did. Not really shocked about the cockroach - it’s Florida, but it would have been nice if the request had been met. I mentioned it again when I was checking out and the staff went up immediately to take care of it then. Nice restaurant, Stonewood Grill, just across the street was good. Pool area was nice. Would stay again.

Property was in a nice area right on the beach. Our room was nice and clean. The ac when it kicked on though was extremely loud. Because of construction on the property we did not have a nice view of the ocean sitting out on our balcony.

The view was nice, however property is under construction and it shows. Inside pool was absolutely filthy! Outdoor pool has construction around it and the pool itself is in need of major repairs. It should be noted when booking that they are undergoing construction.

Stay at another hotel

This was our 43 anniversary and the trip was an abomination. I don't care that it was made through Expedia. It is still YOUR hotel. I did NOT get a room with a roll in shower- do you know what it is to try to take a shower when you cannot step over to get into the shower and there is NOTHING to hold on to? I asked for a balcony view - I got one of the parking lot!! Then the fire alarm went off. This was a disaster and as I said I don't care that it was booked through Expedia- don't you care about your reputation? Obviously not since I said something to the people at the front desk and I got Oh well - that's what happens when you book through someone else. All this and the fact that we had a service dog was written on the original order. Yet everyone was surprised that we had a service dog. This probably my worst experience because it was our anniversary. I know a LOT of people - a lot - since I am in the legal field and I will tell everyone what happened. What a disapointment! Yes - you got $672 and I got nothing but grief, aggravation and worry about how to get my husband in and out of the shower. I should have taken pictures!

Front desk awesome. Changed our room easily. South tower,Condo 705b was fantastic. All new everything,best we have stayed at. View incredible,water pressure in shower great,mattress real comfortable,quiet,safe. Would love to get that unit every time we go to Cove. No complaints at all!
