While the hotel and its rooms are showing age, everything was clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Location on the beach is excellent, pool area looked great. Generally a good place to stay without breaking the bank. Great value for what you spend.

Pros: Very clean rooms and property, super safe area, pools is not freezing cold, kitchenette and full bathtub in room, close to nature trails & bike rentals, no crazy incidental hold, mostly adults and families not teens/tourists Cons: Wifi is terrible and as such smart TV would not stream anything at all. Also the overall area is marshy so there were more bugs flying around at the pool than were at our hotel in Daytona. Food delivery cannot go up to rooms - have to meet un lobby (not a big deal unless you are not feeling well) Overall would definitely stay again if we want to do the nature parks but for pool/beach/boardwalk lower Daytona is better suited.
