So I was there for maybe 5 hours before I saw a cockroach while I was showering, then saw another on the counter. Packed my stuff and ordered my uber to the airport. I went to the front desk to tell someone but the metal grate was pulled down and no one was there to be fair this was about 11:45pm. So I left.

As a local, I can tell you the area around this property is not bad. However, when you arrive - the exterior and interior front door is locked and you must be "buzzed" in. The front desk is behind plexiglass. This is NOT a welcoming atmosphere. Maintenance of appliances and furniture is poor. Do Not stay here unless it's your last resort.

Decent clean room. It did its job we were there only to sleep. Not enough pillows but that’s just a personal preference. Also tv really didn’t work that well. Great ac though.

Didn't pass the front desk

We didn't get to stay. We felt unsure and concerned about safety. When we arrived about 5pm or there about, the entrance was locked. Why during daylight hours? We had to show id. Not unusual. The clerk scanned it into the computer, and then wanted to make a paper copy. That's crazy. We begin to feel uncomfortable and unsafe. What's really going on in this hotel? So, we canceled the reservation and elsewhere.

Ok, for a cheaper named brand hotel

We were initially assigned a king bed room, but the air conditioning wasn't working. We had to switch rooms, but the new room only had a queen bed. Unfortunately, the TV in the new room was stuck in demo mode, limiting its functionality. Additionally, a lamp was missing a light bulb, and the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned, with hair still present. People are also living there and it feels more like an apartment complex.
