The room is really clean. The kitchen pans, utensils, and sink its clean. I would prefer to have some sort of basic condiments to use. The staff at the facility is super friendly they all say hi to you when they see you. One of the pool staff named Heroce is super helpful ,and he guide me to find a pump for the inflatable pool bed, and he also helped me to pump the inflatable pool bed. I would definitely come back next time with my family.

My kids loved all the play areas and seemed like no matter where you stayed on property you had some pool or play ground easily accessible. Only note I would say is the pitrate ship could use a little refresh but my kids did love that area.Staff was friendly and helpful every where we went. Rooms were comfy and roomy. We will definitely be back.

Been going there for 15 years since Sheridan no longer operates this place in the new company that is operating it is doing a terrible job. Charging a parking fee. The pool area was horrible. They used to have an adult pool now there’s kids everywhere. Will never go there again.

Clean room! Plenty of space. Good environment. Loved the pools and the basketball area, too! Will probably revisit next time we plan a trip to Orlando.
