The staff was friendly and very helpful. Everything on the property was very clean. The drinks are reasonable for a resort. The pool and hot tubs were clean and well kept. The only small suggestion I would make is non stick cookware for the kitchen. Still would say 5 stars

I liked the Sheraton resort overall — the property was very clean, the swimming pools were great, and the fitness centers were well equipped. It’s a nice place for a relaxing stay. However, the 1-bedroom apartment we stayed in wasn’t as clean as expected, and the kitchenware was poor quality — not really suitable for cooking, just for basic things like boiling water. Other than that, the resort itself was very nice and well maintained.

Everything was perfect! Although I booked a one bedroom villa we were upgraded to a two room villa. Plus one star The resort landscaping is immaculate! Plus one star Check in and check out was a breeze. Maria checked us in and Josayh checked us out. Plus one star The restaurant Chontails, well small hut was not open during our stay :( Minus a half star The restaurant Breeze Bar and Grill... The service was great. Although we didn't enjoy the pizza on our first night. But the next day for lunch, the chicken wrap and my acai fruit bowl was super tasty! Plus one star Overall this place is worthy of 5 stars but 4.5 it is! We highly recommend you stay here. The Amelia wing was our home for 3 days and it did not disappoint. We are looking forward to returning soon.
