We had very low expectations based on how little we paid but this place was great and we will be coming back. We had all sorts of amenities that we hadn’t expected which made the stay so much more enjoyable. The pool was gorgeous and everything was really well organised. The food by the pool was delicious, too! It’s so handy to get to the parks or to the conference centre with a bus stop right outside the hotel and there are restaurants/shops within walking distance. Lovely visit, actually sad to leave!

Stayed here yearly for about 6 years now. The resort charges a new $25 a day for parking. Online the hotel says "no resort fees" but now charges the parking. Never charged resort fees in the past. Rooms have been nice in the past, but had a strong humid mildew smell this time. Random ants in room and only 1 window opened this time when all opened in the past. House keeping came 2 times in 7 days. However, service was good and received everything asked for. Outside of the new downfalls, good place to vacation, but will look elsewhere for now on. Advertises average $150 a night, withOUT parking. Its average is $175, WITH the parking. Deceiving. Other hotels are just as good but cheaper.

The room was excellent! The walls however, are paper thin! The neighbors we had were so loud at the crack of dawn and all day long. Doors and banging on the walls all day! It was terrible!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Truly a safe,clean and family friendly resort. This is my 3rd or 4th time staying here and everytime its a treat. I hate the 10am checkout and the 4pm checkin but I guess thats the same at all hotels/resorts. I requested a late checkout but was denied although the resort looked like it was pretty empty. That was disappointing but they did offer to hold my luggage. I was more interested in sleeping in at least until 11am. Great resort! I highly recommend.

Room was spotless. Staff was on point. Forbes 5 star feelings all around, please was super clean on grounds. Amazing. Wife, kids and I loved it. Started out without a rental car, got one, went a little grocery shopping, cooked a steak dinner. Amazing. Peaceful and quiet. Luxury as its best! Will come back
