The CEOs and owners of this resort truly need to look at their staff. It is THE MOST KIND and ACCOMODATING group of people we have encountered. Our stay in Fla. was extended due to a storm up north and it was our first time. Our original resort had no vacancy so we switched to Floridays as it offered many of the amenities we liked. The resort is beautiful. It is well located to stores and restaurants and the pool areas are enchanting and the rooms were very clean. Our flight situation became complicated as the days grew and each time Marylou was most empathetic and worked with us to help meet our flight cancellation needs. I cannot say enough about each staff member from the front desk to the pool bar and cleaning staff. They truly exemplify pride in their work. The only reason we gave 3 stars is because the resort shows wear. The dishwasher was rusted throughout, there were not enough cooking utensils or dinnerware for our family of 6.The furnishings are comfortable, but need up-keeping including the bathroom mirror and faucet. I give 5 stars to the customer service and all of the staff that work tiredlessly to make the most with what they are provided for the sake of the families arriving to visit. I give a 3 to the overall state of the resort. I would definitely return, but only as a plan B because the people there make it worth the stay and value.

Staff was very friendly. Our shower in master bathroom did not drain well. Loved how roomy it was. The kids had fun in the pool and the adults enjoyed the pool bar and hot tub. It was walking distance to grocery store and restaurants.

Special shout out to the lovely Ms Tatiana to recommend building C the view was amazing and to the gentlemen that checked me in i was just as pleased with him.
