Room wasn’t clean floors didn’t look like they had been mopped in a while. Bathroom Floor was slippery after a shower no mats for the bathroom and someone had fallen and gotten hurt. Went to the office to let them know and they didn’t seem to care.

This place is okay for a quick one night stay otherwise I wouldn’t choose to stay here. It’s very old and kind of run down. The bathroom in our suite the wood was rotting at the bottom & mold in the shower. It’s just old and feels dirty. The other bathroom the shower pressure was awful. Hotel has no vending machines or water in the room for guests.

My family enjoyed the area, resort and our sleeping quarters. However there was a hole in the bottom of the screen on our patio and we didn't use it after the second day. I'm assuming the Easier didn't know that the screen was torn at the bottom and not only did we always have a visitor from the squirrels we had a permanent visitor from the GEICO. He would leave out. This is our only complaint. The screen was repaired but I think maintenance missed the GEICO that has not left out before the repair

The property was clean, concierge was very courteous and efficient. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. Check in only took maybe 2 minutes and we were on our way. The location was very quiet and convenient to the attraction that we were visiting the next day. Our girls enjoyed the pool onsite. I booked these accommodations specifically because it offered 2 bedrooms so that the children could share a bedroom and the adults could have their own. The downside of our particular room was that our jacuzzi tub did not work, the dishwasher did not work, the master room door did not close fully, the master bath door did not close fully, and the kids bedroom door lock was busted. I believe that they are still doing some room repairs.

Perfect little getaway.

Staff was friendly the area was beautiful. The apartment was clean and all was very comfortable. They provided a pack n play for the grand baby with no problems. The water pressure was very good and they provided shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the showers. You could tell however, there must have been some water damage in the bathroom previously. But all in all it was a great stay.

The price and space is great, but the carpets were dirty, the floors slippery and the room smelled a little funky. The fan didn’t work well since it made a lot of noise, and hotel neighbors were very noisy at 3 am. The view was pretty, they have a lake. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is great, I think it is just old.
