Very clean, quiet and easy to find. The lady looked at me very confused when I checked out in the morning. I gave her my keys and she seemed like she didn’t know why I was giving them to her so that was weird. Otherwise no complaints.

The room was not very clean, the vent in the bathroom was covered in a thick layer of dust. The lamps on the walls were also covered in dust. The bathroom tub was peeling. The room just did not feel clean. The stairwells locked you inside if you used them which was terrifying. There is a claim of a vending machine on every floor, yet our floor did not have one. The towers building was incredibly noisy all the time with people screaming. We also asked for a conjoined room since we booked two rooms and that was not accommodated, which was disappointing.

We initially booked for 3 nights but were only able to stay 1 night. We arrived very late and, with kids, didn’t have the energy to look for another place, which is why we stayed despite the issues. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude when we asked questions, responding as if we should already know the answers. Upon receiving the keys and heading to the tower building, we noticed litter everywhere. The elevator smelled bad and felt unclean. When we entered the apartment, the smell was overwhelming. The walls had peeling paint, the shower drains were rusty, and it was clear that maintenance has not been properly done in years. Overall, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of a train compartment. On top of this, we had a hard time getting a refund for the 2 nights we didn’t stay. Expedia could not reach the hotel by phone, and when I asked the front desk for assistance, the only response I received was, “I’m the only one working here.” We hope the hotel addresses these serious issues regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service

The first night the next room was very noisy and the people were loud. I couldn’t sleep. Second night. People screaming in the tower. When I called front desk the first night, they never answered.
