"Office and maintenance staff did a great job trying to fix issues. We were locked out of our room multiple times. The last time we were locked out even the master key would not work. Took over an hour sitting in my truck for them to get there and had to use crowbar to open door. Offered to move us but my fiance just got off of a 16 hr work day and it was already 11:30 and he had to be up at 5 am to go back so we just stayed in room. House keeping needs to learn English and learn how to clean rooms and be more polite. They were very rude ! I am contacting corporate about all issues"

"Room was very clean and spacious. Even with 6 adults w/crib for an infant was not cramped. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was hot and great w/Mickey Mouse shaped waffles. Pool, jacuzzi all was great. Safe walking across the street to Old Towne. The ONLY disappointment was the free transportation to the Disney Parks. It only ran 9 & 11am and pick up at the park was 7pm & 9pm, so would miss the parade/fireworks if chose to do that, and park closed at 11pm. So we chose to drive. Free transportation was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Overall, safe, great hotel, location for the price. Would definitely stay here again."
