"We are very happy we picked this place! It is perfectly located for reasonable drives to everything in the Monterey area and parks where you can see the redwoods. It’s right down the road from a gorgeous state beach as well. The hotel itself is right on a main drag with tons of great dining options, and it’s actually attached to a gas station and convenience store. Checking in was quick and easy with Kirby at the counter. The room was very clean (even smelled clean!) and full of quality convenience items like face wipes & q-tips. Check-out was a simple drop of the key cards and we were on our way. 10/10 will stay here again."

"Loved the small private beach, in room dining, and the spa. They were surprisingly kid friendly, and had a scavenger hunt for marine life that won a treasure from a pirates chest. "

"Our room was larger than expected and from the corner of the 9th floor, we had an awesome view of the ocean! We stood in room 913 and had access to room 914, which afforded us an incredible amount of space and comfort. The room was super clean and well-furnished. Love the free breakfast in the morning and the complimentary cocktail Happy Hour the evening before was great! Wonderful staff and an overall great experience!"

"This is an beautiful property. Views from the lobby/cocktail area are gorgeous. We had an oceanfront room, and the views from there were also wonderful. The sound of the waves crashing all night were very soothing. Would stay here again."
