Guests were very loud outside the rooms in the hallways but it’s likely the hotel design with courtyard and veranda like hallways for our area of the room, so we could hear guests on ground level in courtyard and in veranda parts of the hotel late at night. Otherwise no other issues. Will stay again. "

"I was there for five days nobody ever came to my room to dump the trash give me clean towels or clean the bed or make the bed. I went down to the front desk six different times she said that they were gonna send somebody up. They never sent nobody up. The pool was closed never opened back up. The staff was unbelievably rude. I will never stay at this place ever again."
