I checked into my room with my kids and everything seemed fine at first. We ate pizza in the room, then left briefly to get drinks from Walmart. When we came back, ants were all over the pizza, the table, and the floor. My 6-year-old was actually bitten, with ants crawling all over his hand, which was very upsetting. I immediately called the front desk, and to their credit, they moved us to another room and said it was an upgrade. Unfortunately, the new room had a strong unpleasant smell, and the bed sheets did not appear clean. While I appreciate the staff trying to fix the issue by moving us, the overall experience was very disappointing, especially traveling with children. Cleanliness and pest control need serious attention.

Check in is before you get there they ask for a photo of your ID, car information including type/color/license number, credit card info & they charge a small fee. The room is dirty everything is old and smudges and hair everywhere. No shampoo or body wash in the shower refillable bottles. The a/c thermostat doesn’t work. Fridge is warm. Thankfully only staying one night
