"First off, I received a call the morning of check in asking for my card information over the phone. I stated no because this reservation said, pay at check in. Asking for my card information over the phone sounded very fishy. Then I arrive and am told I need to pay a $40 CASH only deposit, this was no where on the website, luckily I had the cash. Then there is very limited parking. Finally get inside the room andthe sheets and pillow cases were dirty. We checked in for a room for 5 and only 2 towels were provided. The night attendant spend their time outside smoking and no one inside the office. Then there were also bugs on the sheets. When I told the person at the office all he told me was, sorry; he didn't do a thing about it. Night 2 there was absolutely no parking, I already didn't want to go back for a second night so I took that as a sign not to go back. Then I couldn't believe the office staff said housekeeping would have to go the room and check the condition before I could get my deposit back, like seriously, it's as dirty as it was when you had me check in. I will not ever book here again! I do not recommend it at all. Everything about it is fishy, night staff, the guests, the fact that I was told pay over the phone and their excuse was that it was because someone else was there ad wanted my room, so in order to "reserve" my spot I needed the card over the phone. What was the point of reserving my room online then? Makes no sense."
