Customer service was good. But our faucet broke and after a long trip to have to take a cold water shower, let’s just say not happy. Their phones where not working so I had call from my cell phone and they did change our room.but it was an inconvenience.

1st room we were given, the AC didnt work. 2nd room we were given, the TV didnt work for the entirety of our stay; apparently the entire floor was having issues. There was also so many complaints that no othet room options were available. The front desj staff was not handling the complaints well ans seemed bothered rather than willing to help. And beds were firm, pillows flat. Also, no ice machines - only pre-bagged ice you had to break apart to use. Parking was limited due to a restaurant nearby. Will look elsewhere for our next stay in the area.

The staff was extremely rude. The woman who works at the front desk lied and said there wasn’t a room with two Queen beds and that my sister daughter and I would have to share the room with one King size bed. Immediately after we checked in, my sister got online and booked a room with two queen beds in it. Then when checking in that room the man at the desk refused to give me a refund or anything for the room I paid full price for. I may have came off a little irritated when speaking with him but I also apologized to him. Then we go up to the room with the two beds and the key doesn’t work… which we think was intentional. He could see our hands full of things to carry up and allowed us to go up and come back down to have the cards activated. So after paying for two rooms and only using one of them.. our showers were also freezing cold and there’s no hot water either! These people have no business being in any kind of hospitality industry at all. They were terrible. And the entire place has a funky smell to it. I’m beyond furious with this!

Hotel is very hot, and bathroom showers are cheaply remodeled. When we got there we had to wait like 2 hrs after check in time for our rooms to be ready.
