Our sheets were dirty and pillow cases smelled of sweat and had hair on them. Sheets were wrinkled and also had hair. We've always used Drury Hotels while I n SA this was the first time this happened. It was a handicap accessory room which we didn't ask for. Not sure what was going on. All else was excellent.

The buffet breakfast was delicious and well-stocked. The beds are comfortable. The dining area is spacious and nice. The dinner and drinks perk is out of this world. The airport shuttle is included. I am so impressed by it all that I have been converted to a Drury fangirl.

Comfort, clean, airport plus shopping can’t beat

Rooms are alway very clean n comfortable. A great place to stay before a flight out. Ok breakfast best is the flavored creamer for coffee. And shopping is super close .

The question is more, "What didn't we like about staying at this property." It was extremely comfortable and typical of the Drury Inn & Suites name and reputation. The breakfast buffet was as always and now has becoming, excellent, excellent, excellent!!! Starting from Josh checking us in on Saturday night and having assured us on the telephone beforehand that our room was actually ready at 10 AM and we could check in anytime thereafter, it was a terrific stay. It ended up with us not arriving until 2 PM, but it was very nice to know we had the option of arriving earlier. Every moment of this day and every moment of customer experience was perfect.All the way through Bianca giving us the opportunity to stay until 3 PM, as a checkout. Kudos to Drury Inn and Suites Corporation for hiring such wonderful staff. This has always been and will continue to be my go to hotel.... YAY DRURY!!! 😀
