The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and staff were super friendly and very willing to help with everything. We stayed twice because we had such a great time. Tamia helped us one night and she was so kind. We had a great two nights!

The bathroom did have toilet paper on the floor that appeared as they had been just mopping over without a sweeping. The front lobby staff Ashley and Tamia were so welcoming and accommodating when one of the hangers were found broken during my check in. Each encounter with them was friendly when exiting and entering over the weekend.

I thought I was taking advantage of the pre-check in but I believe that and our late arrival gave the hotel opportunity to give me a neglected room. We were given an "accessible" room which was dusty, dirty, and in need of updates. Due to our very late arrival and due to only needing a place to sleep and get ready, we chose not to complain and ask for another room. I did take photos in case I changed my mind but we will not book here again. We were satisfied with the location of the hotel, size and location of the room given, and the gym.

Room was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was mehhh.. coffee was weak, they only had skim milk for creamer, powder eggs, microwaved sausage, and a pancake machine. I had to go out & look for a decent coffee.. coffee starts my day, weak coffee bummed me out. That's just me tho.. Peace ✌️
