"Yes, clean room, staff were efficient, shuttle to port was efficient, AC in room was good, BUT didn't remove the humidity from room. Advertised complementary breakfast, but only coffee. Did have a man selling breakfast items at a reasonable price. "

"I live here, and this is my go to hotel for my staycations. Everything is lovely, the adult pools are a really nice upgrade. The property is absolutely beautiful, love the lagoon pool for the kids. It’s heavenly here."

"I booked the hotel for my girlfriend and left the city for a night, I left a valid credit card and they kicked out my girlfriend of her hotel room because it was supposedly declined. After 4 hours of her sitting at the lobby they tried again the transaction and it went through. Horrible staff attention. Old amenities and dirty common areas. "

"I booked a king bed with ocean front balcony and never did up staying in that room. At first they gave me a double bed ocean room. Then I went and tried to discuss it with the front desk to then be given a intercostal room with a king bed and no balcony. To some the balcony might not matter but to me it does I traveled over a 1000 miles and was looking forward to my balcony looking out to the ocean. Well after staying in the intercostal for one night after a long travel day I went down the next morning hoping they would of had it worked out and maybe the room I booked would be available but no so went back to the double rooms and balcony that’s supposed to be looking out towards the ocean which it was but this time they put us in a corner room and the views just weren’t as good there was a bunch of trees and stuff right out in front kinda blocking the view. The elevators were slow and half the time they didn’t work. Valet was good but very clustered. It just wasn’t at all was what I was expecting and I will never be staying at this hotel again."
