"2 days without caffeinated coffee, it's Seattle, the home of Starbucks, they could not even go to target to get coffee for their guest. The bathroom was so compact it was poorly designed, the stall is so close to the wall if you have long legs it will be difficult to sit down. This hotel was used as a homeless shelter in 2021, you can still feel and see the deterioration of a place, paint on the door peeling, dirty carpet. Twice in my stay, someone keeps on stealing my do not disturb sign. The safe inside my room is broken and on my last day I have an early flight, a guest next door to me possibly came back from the bar with lots of guests, they were very loud, and they woke me up at 12:45 AM. I called the front desk at 1 am to let them know about the problem. No one did anything, I was awake from 12:45 to 3:45 am. The noise never stops. The hotel did not do anything. This is a caution for every decent traveler, do not stay at this hotel unless it's necessary. Do not complain if you got bad service, dirty/unreliable room, people stealing your "Do not disturb sign" and having noisy neighbors with no help from the staff. I warned you!!!!"
