Weirdest room we've ever been in. Toilet on 1 side of the room, and the bathtub/shower on the other side? Ac-heating unit is 4 ft from the bed? That's not inconvenient or loud? 10 floors and 1 elevator? And it's only big enough for 4 people.(not an exaggeration.) Ice machines not on every floor. Were told that they were on odd number floors. The 1st floor we get to, the ice machine is broken. Not a chance we'll be back.

The Hotel and room was veru good One big drawback was that both elevators are very small - 4 people max capacity and then with loggage it gets extra tight. However during our 3-night stay one of the elevators was out of order the entire duration.

Super cool, grungy chic decor throughout the whole hotel. Comfy bed, really clean space, and great bathroom products. Amazing location downtown Seattle for what I needed - Shopping at Nordstrom and dinner at Din Thai Fung were top of list :) bonus “beer hour” between 5-6p they serve complementary local beer in the super comfy, cabin chic lobby. Only complaints were: walls were really thin (but they have earplugs on the nightstand ready for use- which I did), hairdryer needs an upgrade (the one in my room barely worked and looked like it was from the 90’s), and the morning coffee in the lobby could stand to be a lot stronger (we are in Seattle after all!). All that to say, I really enjoyed my one night stay. I will be back next time I need a great stop to stay in downtown Seattle!

Checked in and asked about what I thought was a discrepancy between my quoted Travelocity rate and the rate I was being charged. Instead of an explanation, the desk manager, Haime, chose to argue with me. The room is okay. Despite making a big flourish about “extra services” (like an extra set of towels that I requested), only one set of towels for 2 people were in the room. So far, MEH!

The hotel staff were excellent in greeting. Limited to no knowledge of surrounding parking except for their valet parking - which ok i get. Elevetor made clicking noises while the second elevator had a do not use out of commission barricade. We took the stairs. Price point it appears to be about what you pay for what you get, as surrounding hotels seemed to be double the price.

Comfortable rooms, small but very good value and nice location. Walls are thin but street noise isn’t crazy. If you’ve travelled to large cities or abroad you will be comfortable here, if you’re used to giant rooms with overstuffed furniture then this might not be for you

Was able to check in several hours early-for $50. Room looked clean. When I opened up little refrigerator, I was hit with strong smell that smelled like cat pee. I wiped it out with lysol wipes, which helped, but next day odor still there when I opened it. I should’ve asked for a different room. Anyway when I told receptionist upon checkout, she competed us 1 night. Also bathroom was tiny. Shower was also small. My husband is 6’2” & his head was close to ceiling. Very little room in shower. I would not have had enough room to shower. A lot of black decor making hotel feel dingy.
