I am writing this review specifically to warn travelers: Do not trust Expedia’s "support" when things go sideways. While the hotel staff on the ground tried their best to salvage a disaster, Expedia’s corporate team has been nothing short of deceptive. I traveled with my 4 and 6-year-old children and my 80-year-old mother. We were met with a room that was frankly dangerous. Because the room was uninhabitable, we were forced to move. This process was so agonizingly slow that we missed our dinner reservations. We were moved into a room that was significantly worse than the one I actually paid for. The hotel management was empathetic. They acknowledged the nightmare and explicitly promised a 50% refund for each night of our stay to compensate for the downgrade and the missed evening. However, when I followed up with Expedia to process the refund, Expedia claimed they spoke to the hotel and that "the manager never said that." They essentially called the hotel management liars (or me). * Despite a significant price differ and a ruined trip, they offered a pathetic $200 "goodwill gesture" which doesn't even cover a fraction of the 50% discount. It is clear that Expedia would rather pocket their commission than honor an agreement made by the property they represent. If you are traveling with family or seniors and need a guarantee that your booking is protected, book directly with the hotel. If anything goes wrong, Expedia will leave you stranded and then nickel-and-dime you.

Located right around the corner from Radio City Music Hall, this hotel is in such a great location! When I arrived, the front desk was very welcoming and offered to upgrade my room from a queen to king bed for no charge. So many restaurants and shopping options in the area. Highly recommend!
