Overpriced for what is it, very outdated, almost $400 for 1 night for a "upgraded " room is a shame, broken furniture, missing door, bathroom walls in poor condition, only the proximity of times square save it but it doesnt cover all the other bad things

There was no hot water and they didn’t even offer to fix it and was blatantly ignoring the issue and asked us have the water running. Hour went by and the issue was there and we had to take a freezing shower in the middle of a freezing winter day. We brought the issue up to them and they offered no solution till my husband asked how are you going to compensate for this issue then the manager said there will be a half off refund and we still haven’t received it. Ya stay away from this hotel and go to Hilton or Holiday Inn in that area smh this is awful and there is this awful smell in the building !

Bag guy was the best!! Getting a taxi was horrible; ended up using uber; room wasn’t as clean as expected. I got into a car accident in a taxi and asked for early check in…. Front desk was not able to accommodate so I ended up spending most of the night in the ER

The hotel never informed us that it goes into, “winter” mode and the ac doesn’t work. It was a little warm before going to bed to naturally turned on system to 68 to wake up to a room that was 90 degrees. Than when told how to cool the room down the suggestion was to leave the door open. I’m sleeping in a hotel at around 4am. That’s an insane thing to as a paying guest if you ask me.
