I was extremely disappointed with my stay. While the hotel is in the heart of Times Square and the location is incredibly convenient, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom had visible mold that was so severe I had to place a towel on the floor to avoid direct contact. The water pressure was very low, and even at the hottest setting the water was only lukewarm. With outside temperatures at -6 degrees, this made showering extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the toilet was not functioning properly, and the walls and doors appeared damaged and poorly maintained. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room did not meet basic standards, especially for a hotel in this area and price range. The location is excellent, but the condition of the property significantly impacted my experience. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made

Great service i got upgraded cause im a VIP gold member at hotel.com and got free sparkling wine and got early check in plus late check out…beautiful place to see Times Square close up from the lounge…must go when you at NYC stay here is best choice
