Awesome location as it was centralized around a lot of great places. Currently had some remodeling so that took away from the full feel of the hotel but overall it was great and view from our room was lovely. Friendly staff no matter who you encountered.

This hotel is a dump. It’s also not soundproofed like more modern NY hotels. It’s old and hasn’t been remodeled or restored. It was dirty and grimy. When you close the bathroom door part was missed when they last repainted. There were visible holes cut into the bathroom cabinet for pipes. Behind the bathroom cabinet clearly hasn’t been dusted or cleaned in years. It was gross. Several parts of the hotel were out of order/under construction.

Front desk crew, top notch. The rooms were decent size for NYC and decently cleaned. Mold in shower and socks were dirty from the carpet/floors. It’s perfectly located in Times Square.

Under construction

It was under construction so it was just a mess and the bar was closed while we were there that was never relayed to us until after the cancelation period passed, our bathroom tub was backed up so we switched rooms and that one was backed up too lol just not as bad the shower definitely needed a good scrubbing. The location is excellent so you do get what you pay for as far as that goes and the staff was nice 👍
