Staff was friendly professional, and responded to whatever questions we had right away. My only complaint was the TV remote was pretty much nonfunctional. It was difficult to maneuver if we wanted to watch anything on TV.

Lovely and spacious room, with a fully equipped kitchen. Great front desk staff. Very convenient to 2 and 3 express subway lines only a block away. The only drawback is the mediocre bathroom, which underwhelms in a hotel of this quality. The bathroom is relatively small and not very user-friendly. Very little counter space for toiletries, and extremely narrow shelf space behind mirrors. Even their hand soap dispenser can’t be conveniently placed next to the sink, since it is too tall to avoid getting knocked over when you open the mirror cabinet. The bathroom is just one design mistake after another.
