The place was cozy and very clean. It was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was easy to find, simple to access, and had all the amenities we expected. The host was helpful and responded to questions promptly. We would stay here again.

Never got access to the property as host said there was water damage. Never got a refund. Stressful, horrendous experience in NYC.
