I did not get the room that I paid for. The hotel said that they were overbooked and since I booked through Expedia…. I got put in a room without a window. Had I wanted a room without a view then I would have booked that room and to top it off the valet personnel damaged my car. So NO THE STAY WAS NOT SATISFACTORY. I want my money back for the portion of the room that I did not get. I’ve stayed at this Aloft numerous times but that will be my last. Very disappointing.

The room was perfect for the amount of guests I felt I was the only person in the entire hotel- quet, just what I needed! Additionally every staff, from check in to check out wS exceptional. I would definately stay hereagain!!!

It was great! The roof top pool and lounge area were my favorite although it was too cold to get in the pool at the time. Customer service was excellent. I had 0 issues.

I found an eyelash, hair in my shower and dirty sheets that smelled like cologne. I reported this to the front desk I simply asked to either have my room cleaned so I could shower or to give me a new room that was clean so that I could shower. I loved everything about the hotel, but my friends car was damaged while in valet parking all weekend. We hadn’t driven the car since we turned it into valet and upon receiving her car back, there was a very large crack on her window that was not there before.
