There was unexpected charges when checking in. Room service did not come often and one of the room service ppl broke into a friend’s room. Staff at front desk was rude.

3 of the staff were excellent and on point, including the supervisor, she was very nice pleasant and accommodating. But upon my arrival, front desk staff was very cold which isn’t the norm in New Orleans. I found this to be pretty discouraging although I do plan to stay there again in the next couple of months. Hope some changes are made. Also, not at all certain I received back my initial deposit for the room.

The Aloft in New Orleans is a fantastic stay! The hotel is modern, clean, and very updated. The lobby has a great vibe with a stylish bar, pool table, and fun games—plus it smells amazing throughout the property. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from Bourbon Street. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans.

The stay was good. The pool needed to be cleaned and it wasn’t. So I was unable to use it. But overall service was good. Bar staff were amazing. Will stay again.
