Staff was fine, but here are the problems! One elevator was disabled. Strong inconvenience to guest as guest piled into elevators. Dangerous regarding health issues! Room had no desk or chairs! No place to relax in room without attempting to sit on the bed. No hand held shower head and was difficult to adjust water stream. Very dissapointing.

A hotel that leaves a lot to be desired. Cons: this place is very old, with a lot of old furnishings with rust. Remodeling has impaired the elevator which makes things very slow, as only one is available. Pros: it’s in the best location in Waikiki besides the beachfront! It has paid limited parking! Price is just right.

Expensive resort fee, this place isn’t a resort so not sure why they charge it. Rooms are in poor neglected condition, air conditioner is mounted beside the bed a few feet above the floor so you get cold air blowing on your head, had to use the ironing board as a deflector.

Low budget hotel, one elevator working, rooms were old with outdated drapes, old carpet. Also did not appreciate the "daily service fee" when they only do housekeeping once every 3 days. Staff was fine, but I suppose you get what you pay for here.

I was nervous at first because of some of the reviews, but this hotel was amazinggg & I will definitely stay here when I come back to Honolulu! The room was so nice, had a great view, comfy bed & was very close to the beach & downtown Waikīkī. Staff were very nice & had an easy experience with payment and whatnot. :)

Location is perfect. Short walk to everything we wanted to do. Most tours pick up at the front entrance. Bed was very comfortable and with the sink, fridge and microwave was all the we needed. Older hotel so could use new paint and flooring.

Our room was ok. Beds and pillows need updated. Air-conditioner was ok. It was a non smoking building but room next to use smoked Marijuana every morning. The smell came into our room. Only one evaluator was working and it was very slow. .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and in need of some updating, pretty clean overall. The lobby is pretty and open, There’s a bar onsite. Quite noisy, no fault of the hotel..Mainly sirens, etc One of the elevators was not working.

One of the very best hotels I've stayed at in Waikiki for this price! The view from our 15th floor room was great. Helpful staff. Very clean. Nice bright lobby and excellent location - walk to everything in Waikiki. The pool is a bit small - but nice - but no need because the beach is only 3-4 blocks away. If they had a cheap Kama'aina parking rate I'd stay more often!!

I got the basic room and it was decent for what it was. Waikiki can be expensive but I think this place is definitely overpriced. You pay resort prices for a motel inn basically. Staff is nice and friendly and it’s a good location. Overall it’s a nice place but too expensive for what it is
