The staff was friendly and helpful. Our TV wouldn’t work and they replaced it immediately. The room was not the great. Only the basic necessities. No hair dryer, iron, ironing board or clock. I don’t think we will be staying there again.

We asked for handicap parking and the lady at the front desk said ohh yeah there’s some out there and she placed us in the 3 rd floor no elevator we asked to be moved they said 1st floor was full and then magically there was a room in the first floor we walked in to a dirty bed rat poo on window sill restroom floor had dog poo smear and a dead roach long hair on bed cover smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling. At that point we could not stay

I guess it’s true what they say you get what you pay for. It wasn’t the worst, but it wasn’t the best. Either staff was friendly and very nice. The property was clean and it was quiet. It just was not a cozy overnight stay. Before the amount that we paid, it was good.

Great casino/resort

Love this casino/resort. The staff are great and very friendly. They seem to enjoy their job.. rooms are pet-friendly, clean and spacious. The casino does brunch on the weekends. They also have a pool, jacuzzi and beach area on the river. I always stay here and will continue to stay.

Noticable Improvements with every visit!

I have been coming regularly for 5 years and the rehabilitation of this classic hotel has been fun to watch. The rooms are fresh and lovely. Most recently the parking lot is wonderful! Pool is always nice too.
