The staff were great, friendly, and professional. I got two rooms. When we went inside the first one, there was signs of bedbugs on the bed. The second room showed no signs. Supervisor offered us new rooms in a different building but we didn’t feel comfortable staying there. He refunded my credit card.

The WiFi was advertised as 200+ MB/sec, after the first day, their WiFi was topped out at 3.2 MB/Sec. I complained and the night-shift front desk girl completely dismissed my concerns and wouldn’t do anything to resolve this situation. The advertisement on Expedia said 200+ mb/s but then was changed to 100 mb/s (Interesting). Some F**kery is definitely going on at the “new” pioneer hotel! Anyways… I felt like most of the staff are racist from Arizona (across the river) losers! If you’re a brownie, I’d recommend staying away from their “new” hotel!

Clean room with no frills! It seems like we were next door to people who may have a long term stay. They were on their phone talking at 5:00 am! They were on speaker phone so you could hear the caller and receiver of the phone call conversing in Spanish for at least 45-60 minutes. Waited in line to check in for about 5 minutes…..there was no one in line and there were 2 receptionists while I waited. Appreciated being greeted by the person in the store every time we walked in to the casino. Also enjoyed the restaurant. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Food was pretty tasty, too!
