"Obtaining wifi was very difficult and our thermostat did not work well at all. Both of these things required staff assistance. Staff were friendly, room was just fine - love the Zero shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap. Breakfast was good. Nice variety Coffee was excellent."

"the rooms were very large and clean. the only problem was that we were next to the elevator and we could here the dings and people talking all evening. late at night it was quieter. if you are a light sleeper, this room would not work for you. breakfast was great. staff was friendly and it’s about 35 minute walk to the mystic ridge area. we drove. a little far to walk. overall a good hotel"
