"The hotel is located in Downtown Connecticut they don’t have free parking, I did my check in they didn’t splaying about the Parking. When I come back to the hotel they don’t have spot for park my car that is terrible how I going to stay in the hotel. The staff don’t have solutions for this, adicional the key is no working for my room the bathroom is not clean properly and the sheets in one bed is was with one mark. I am not recommending this hotel."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was well stocked and nicely presented. The location is excellent: across the street from the aquarium, restaurants and shopping and a short drive from the museum and downtown Mystic. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I would suggest skipping this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the Mystic area. This hotel looks nothing like the photos in the property listing. It is dated, dark, and uncomfortable. The surrounding area is ugly and close to nothing. The breakfast is a joke and borderline inedible. I called Expedia immediately to report the discrepancy in how the hotel is presented in the listing and the reality. I hope the company steps up and makes this place what they say it is. "

"My room had a problem with noise level from an adjacent area. We were unable to sleep till 1:30 am . The shower had no shower head built-in and pillows were uncomfortable."
