Compare Hotels with Pools in Stonington

"I did only express check in and said I would arrive around 3:00 which was check pin time. I arrived just after 4 and my room was not ready. They told us to sit in the bar and they would come get us. The bar had 1 staff member that was doing bartending table service and room delivery. It took almost an hour to get 1 drink and 4 wings. I had to go ask about the room. We got to our room at 5:39z because of this we missed the time we planned to use the pool because we had to get ready for the show. Our room had less than a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra. In the morning went for coffee and they said they didn’t know if they had any more to brew. We waited and they brought some out. Very understaffed hotel for what they offer. Also 1 elevator out of service ice machine on our floor out of service."

"I would suggest skipping this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the Mystic area. This hotel looks nothing like the photos in the property listing. It is dated, dark, and uncomfortable. The surrounding area is ugly and close to nothing. The breakfast is a joke and borderline inedible. I called Expedia immediately to report the discrepancy in how the hotel is presented in the listing and the reality. I hope the company steps up and makes this place what they say it is. "

"Literally right across the street from the aquarium and a short drive to downtown Mystic. Very family friendly. Beware of the pool there is a lot of children lol the walls were pretty thin so we kind of heard everything. But for the location and for the price, you can’t beat it."

"My room had a problem with noise level from an adjacent area. We were unable to sleep till 1:30 am . The shower had no shower head built-in and pillows were uncomfortable."
