We love staying at Hyatt Place Mystic! We visit annually in December to celebrate the holidays. Customer service is great, common areas and rooms are very clean, and it is quiet at night which is a plus. My only complaint is that the breakfast is no longer complimentary. In a world where everyone is nickeled and dimed it was nice to have that service.

We got in late we booked a king bed I'm assuming their was none left and had a double instead the king would have been nice, but getting there on time to see what that would have looked like I guess all in all decent hotel with good service

Room was spotless and really what we needed after staying in not a great hotel the night before. They were so accessible and accommodating to us. My wife is pregnant and when I told the manager that, she made sure we had a room away from the stairs and elevator so we didn’t have too much noise! What an amazing experience. Thank you so much
