Beautiful hotel walking distance to shops, dinning and the aquarium. Room is very spacious and great for families. My kids love this hotel and wanted to stay longer. Pool is heated as well! Staff is very friendly.

The main negative is significant lack of storage space. Closet could not accommodate jackets and clothes. More hooks on wall where mirror hung would be helpful. Front desk staff provided excellent customer service and hospitality. Proximity to attractions excellent. Clean breakfast area provided healthy choices if preferred. We hope to return.

Nice modern hotel!

Sucks you have to pay for breakfast now. But they still had free coffee, tea and fruit water all day, so that's cool! Rooms were nice and spacious! Wireless charging and usb charging available. LOVE that the floors are wood/hard surface and not carpet.

This was a lovely experience from check in to check out. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Facility was spotlessly clean and room was spacious with a great layout for both sleeping and comfortable lounging. The location was ideal to visit Mystic seaport, aquarium and the downtown shops and restaurants. We’ll be back!
