Sleeps 6 comfortably, includes playpen and high chair, beach parking pass, beach towels and other beach gear! The owner is super responsive and friendly. It is a great value, especially if you are staying longer than a weekend. Close to Ocean Beach, Coast Guard Academy and Mystic. We loved it!"

"Nicely furnished and everything you need for your stay. Stayed with family and friends including two young children. There is a room with bunk beds and a crib with plenty of space to roam around. Bucket of welcome treats appreciated and house has games and children books. There is just one bathroom with a missing window shade that faces the front of the house that one guest was uncomfortable about but it wasn’t a problem just showering in one of the other two instead. Although we didn’t get the time to put to use, there are beach passes and life vests provided with kayaks in the yard that makes it a bonus. Host was very responsive to our needs and questions!"
