"First of all, this facility is an old fashioned m-o-t-e-l. The rooms are accessed from the outside and you walk around the outdoor pool to get to the rooms from the office. Our room was on the backside and very loud with highway noises most of the night. They were in the process of renovating rooms, but I couldn’t tell whether ours had been done or not. It’s an old building. The breakfast room is large and the selection is good. One bonus was a person making fresh custom omlettes.My husband said the coffee was really good. The facility, including the pool was nice and clean. The $20/day charge to park right outside your room was not mentioned at check-in. All in all for the price I would probably look for a different spot next time around. "

"Lady at afternoon check in rude. Guy was nice. Room itself was nice but lights on outside the windows kept the room sorta bright even w blackout. Would consider it mid grade not luxe."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice start the every morning there. We walked to the Gulch as well as Broadway with no problems. Not to mention the midtown bars/nightlife right there and music row as well. Loved our stay for the entire week! "
