Room was superb, clean. When asking staff where to get return shuttle (what street) they said they didn’t know but where we were dropped off. We ended up getting a pricey taxi after our event. It totally defeated the purpose of getting a hotel with a shuttle. They said they didn’t know where we could park, other than the hotel valet but there were pay spots on the street. We found other parking on our own.

Clean room and comfy bed. But the tv did not move so you could not watch it from the bed. And for someone that falls asleep that way it’s a negative. $51 a night for parking is outrageous. Thank goodness I made my reservation before it went up.

The room was wonderful; very nicely appointed accommodations. The balcony was very spacious and having two bathrooms was great. Valet did an amazing job as well and the app for valet worked without a glitch.
