The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and stores. One small improvement would be having non-connecting rooms, as noise from neighboring guests could be heard at times due to thin walls. Addressing this would make the stay even more enjoyable. "I was greet upon check in by the nicest young lady. She was very informative and helpful with all of my questions. I arrived early without a clue what to do. I was able to get in my room early. I was very appreciative. That made a great start to my mother/daughter trip. If I could give 10 stars to the shuttle team I would. They were on time. The only issue was the overnight shuttle that I needed to catch at 2:30 am. It was not available so I caught an uber. Outside of that I would highly recommend and stay at this hotel again. "
