Room smelled bad. Air coming out of the AC smelled like body odor. Carpet needed wash. The bedding, surfaces were okay. Several parts of the room seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Incredibly difficult and expensive to get into NYC (1.5 hrs). Cracked mirrors, sink, generally in need of repair.

Very decieving

I booked this hotel last minute. The check in was easy and staff was nice. The outside and lobby were nice as well, but the room was total opposite! The room had a bad smell and was old with stains on the ceiling and walls.It needed updating very badly! It felt like I was staying at an old roadside motel. I travel a lot and this is probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Not worth the money to stay here!

They failed to mention that there’s a huge club every single night that’s open until 2 AM and you can hear it clear as day through the “sound proof walls” also lots of ppl smoke if weed that pretty sure we got a contact high and we ended up leaving to get better sleep at the airport

Low class

Unsatisfied frustrated , walked in to a bunch of men smoking marijuana. The front desk was so unprofessional. Not sure why the cleaning lady was knocking on my door at so early? The coffee machine was broken, sink was clogged I have to say terrible night.
