My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. I called the manager before check-in time to let him know I’d be arriving late for the room I had already paid for. He assured me it was “no worry” and confirmed that I was checked in.
After driving one hour to get there, I was shocked when the front desk staff told me there were no rooms available—and I wasn’t the only guest dealing with this issue. I was exhausted, tired, and frustrated after being given completely inaccurate information by management.
After hours and hours of waiting, they finally gave me a room, but it was barely clean and nowhere near acceptable after the ordeal I had been through.
This experience was unprofessional, stressful, and extremely disappointing. I would like to speak with someone higher up in management because this situation needs to be addressed immediately.
