Checked in after 4PM, when I got to our room it was a mess. Both beds unmade, stuff left in room from previous (current?) occupants. Room phone did not work, so I had to call from desk via cell phone. Had to get another room. Something like this should never happen.

Convenient but avoid the restaurant

Convenient hotel location next to EWR. Nice room and modern but breakfast was a disaster having to wait 30 mins for service then they got it wrong. Unhappy and unhelpful staff and total lack of customer service.

マンハッタンの治安が不安だったので、観光には移動が必要でしたがこの空港ホテルへ泊まりました。無料でスーツケースを預かってくれてよかったです。無料シャトルも頻繁にきてくれるのでとても便利ですが道がぐるぐるしていて車酔いしやすい人は注意。満員になることもありません。部屋にはコーヒーメーカーしかないのでカップ麺作るには不便だったかな。フロント対応は速くてシンプル、とてもフレンドリーな人もいました。
