The hotel is in serious need of a full renovation. Unfortunately, my family and I couldn’t stay in the room for more than a few minutes — we cancelled our reservation immediately after seeing the condition of the room, as it was far below expectations. On a positive note, the staff were polite, helpful, and very understanding of our situation, and they assured us that our booking would be fully refunded. I hope the management considers renovating the property soon, as the staff and location both have strong potential.
