Woke up to loud trucks around the area and my bedsheet has what looked like either blood or nail polish. Either way I’m surprised the sheet was used again! It was obviously ignored. I was not aware of the parking fee either, first time experience. Probably won’t be staying here in the future.

Hidden fees

I loved the place very, clean, presentable and convinient location. One thing that is very sneaky is charging for parking. If you have guest driving from out of town you know they will have to park somewhere, but where there is no where to park and then charge. Is like asking you for a glass of water and having to pay for the glass. Fine print on the website is what the night clerk said.

Staff was nice, a bit out dated. Bed was uncomfortable, the room could’ve been cleaned better. Our bathroom towels had hair and stains on it. The front door had to be slammed in order to close.. It was in a nice area. My hubby and son enjoyed the gym.

I genuinely do not understand why this property is highly rated. The room is very dirty, and extremely outdated. The floors are dirty. Everything I’ve had to touch here has felt dirty. The bathroom sink had residue on it, the bathroom trash can with a “clean liner” had fake eyelashes in it. The box of tissues was 75% empty and the few remaining tissues were all damp and gross. I opted to use the extra wrapped roll of toilet paper as tissue since it was dry. The beds sit on a horrible metal box that will ding loudly with the slighted touch. The power outlets next to the beds are extremely unreliable and will turn on and off when you sit on the bed…forget about touching your phone while it’s (hopefully) charging. While writing this review alone, my phone has stopped and started charging again at least 6 times, thanks to the outlet situation. The toilet seat is so old that the white paint has chipped off of it in multiple spots. I truly cannot say anything good about the state of the room. The absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed in, I wish it wasn’t so highly rated so I wouldn’t bother booking it. Genuinely considering sleeping in my car or cutting this trip short tonight. Outside space is fine, staff are fine.

We were placed below a room with a known sewage issue. Although we were eventually moved, we felt that we never should have been put in that room to begin with. The staff should have been more accommodating given the circumstances & the inconvenience.

I've stayed here several times before while working in the area - This time I'm slapped with a parking fee out of nowhere. The person at the desk made a point to say 20 times, "BECAUSE YOU USED A #rd PARTY TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM". They advertised with Expedia, but when you use it, you get punished! The next day, we left continuing north, to SF. I stopped to put gas and eat, at which point I noticed I had left my jacket on top of the bed. I purposely took it out of my luggage to have my jacket handy. I called this hotel, and they said no, absolutely no jacket. Total joke - Never again!
