Very nice and clean boutique like motel. Excellent price and safe area. Monterey is a beautiful place to visit. It was about 5 minutes from Fisherman's Wharf driving. Parking was free and right in front of the room. I would stay here again when visiting the area.

Right on Munras Avenue yet still quiet area; for a very reasonable ( week day ) price -> spacious well cleaned & comfortable 1 bed queen room with walk in shower stall & it felt “ home - my” atmosphere with garden at the center of driveway /free parking lot which 1 car per room is permitted ; staff were friendly , aircon was working great ; the hotel is close to a lot of things : restaurants , grocery , pet store , gas & charging stations and highway ramps. Glad we stayed here.

I like the place and my room. It was a clean room, and the parking lot has enough space for the guests. My only complaint was a little bit of noise at night from those who come late. But overall, it's highly recommended for those people looking for a cheaper place to stay.
