Customer service was good, dog friendly which is a plus . $30 night per dog . Room had a strong cleaner smell which hid a dog/cat pee litter smell which I could smell in my sleep. Bed liner had stained blood on it. Bed was hard as a rock . The worst part were the pillows. They were flat and hard with no fluff. They reminded me of crappy hospial/airplane pillows or a junk pillow from Temu. Literally no fluff

The room smelled musty covered up with strong pine sol smell. The bathroom door hits the counter and doesn't open all the way. The in room bathrub/hot tub has cracks and minimal shower curtains.
