The room was clean & stylish, view is amazing! However, I have never paid that much money for such a low quality experience.
*The elevator was scary, dirty & the call box door broken & not working.
*The toilet paper was rough!
*The shower had very low water pressure which fine ok but there was conditioning shampoo, not even separate and it was super low quality, same with the body wash.
*There were no utensils.
*Coffee but no creamer or sugar.
*Open, expired tea packets.
*Super cheap ice bucket.
* Said 24 hour desk service but I couldn’t get ahold of anyone.
*Small TV.
*Bedside lamp broken.
*Outlets not working and the working ones cause cords to get Hot!!
Like come on…in Monterey, one of the most expensive hotels…the amenities should be of better quality. Needs nice touches because that all makes a difference!
I’m hoping this review leads to a learning lesson for Days Inn. Right now I view the company as greedy and selfish. They are taking our money & providing the bare minimum!!
