I have stayed here several times it is always a good experience. Clean usually quiet. Staff are very friendly and get you checked in quickly. I would have given 5 Stars except this time my room was right next to office and the stair case and some of the people checking in were pretty noisy though even that ended pretty much by 10:30 or11:00. It really is one of the better motels in that area.

Location is good. We were only given two bath towels - no hand towel, wash cloths or bath mat. We were also told no housekeeping was available during our stay. While we were away from our room housekeepers came in and replenished the towels and made our bed. It was clean and affordable but it was extremely noisy and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room is recently remodeled . Large countertop space in bathroom . Table for makeup or eating. Friendly and helpful staff. Only suggestion for improvement would be second chair in rooms with two beds .

The people who run the harbor Inn are very nice and accommodating. There’s plenty of parking and easy, walkable to downtown Monterey.

Room was tidy. Sheets and towels were clean and smelled of newly "chlorine" laundered. They need to replace pillows because they were "thin" already. Woman receptionist was courteous and told me to bring old towels to the reception area. A little bit noisy because the inn is located beside a busy road.

someones sock on the floor hair in the microwave the parking feels safe for a woman who is travelling alone for work but this is unacceptable i actually noticed this is the morning as i didnt notice at pm i arrived later eve wont be coming back i told the desk

The room needed extra cleaning. It was not cleaned the entire stay. Was asked to bring dirty towels to the office. Small clean towels were not given the entire stay. Screen on window broken. Door broken. Felt uncomfortable the entire stay!
