Property owner not answering

I was going to stay in this property but no one answer messages. I called and they said the property was not available and with an attitude but it was already fully charged. It was Christmas in Miami so it was veryyy hard to find another place. At the moment of this writing, this case is in study by VRBO for a full refund.
