"We were really pleased with the ease of checking in and the comfort of our room and it was nice to have the shower I had requested too. I would only suggest that where check in occurs, it might help to indicate where to queue - we arrived to a large group of people all around the area and assumed we had to wait patiently but eventually we found out we should go forward as we had our reservation. We found the breakfast very good and impressed that you allow people to have this from 5am which meant we were able to have this before the very convenient walk to the Terminal to get our flights. If going on flights in the morning in future, I would definitely come back to this hotel. When my husband advised there was only one pair of towels they brought the extras straight away without fuss and made the entire process very comfortable and well organised. The breakfast quality was excellent too."
