The room was very clean and comfortable. Also it was a large room with two very comfortable double beds. The staff we met were all very friendly. Tgere was a lot of choice for breakfast. There was no queuing

The hotel is well sited and accessible. The shuttle on the morning of the 5th December proved disorganised and irregular so we called an uber. The morning of the 9th was efficient and timely. Bar meals were good and staff were friendly whilst professional. Reception team excellent. The sink in the bedroom on our 2nd stay needs replacing, the rooms were fenerally ok if a little tired

All was well apart from the shuttle bus going to the airport. Customers had booked the 7.30 bus but when it came it was too small.The driver did not call the names of the persons who had booked it and it was a mad rush to get on it (leaving alot of the people who'd booked behind.) The 8.00 bus was a bigger bus but it arrived 20 mins late.

Large hotel and very busy. Check in was very long… waited behind long queue to use self-check-in kiosk only to be told I had to speak to someone in reception… which then put me at the back of another long queue. Hotel was clean and room was large and comfortable. Shuttle service no where near frequent enough and significantly overcrowded.
