The hotel was very basic, only 2 lifts and one was out of order. A family room for 4 people only had 2 bath towels, 2 bottles of water and 1 biscuit with not much tea and coffee for an early start which was very much needed. The corridor was noisy and the car park spaces were tiny.

shuttle has to be called before pickup, which was not announced. The double bed is not comfortable for 2 person. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The hotel was fine in all ways except for the room atmosphere. What I mean is that the room was warm not cool and there was no way to cool it down nor any circulation. There was a heater but not AC or a fan to circulate the air. This made the room a little uncomfortable to sleep in. But all else was great.

clayton Manchester airport

Room was ok, no fridge or AC and to get some air in to cool the room the AC units outside were noisy. There was a fan in the room but that just blew warm air around and is too noisy to sleep with left on. Overall i would describe the room as basic however what i booked was deluxe which is far from what i got and if it was a deluxe im glad I didn’t book basic then.
