Airport Shuttle turned up 5 minutes before the time i was give and left before. check in was slow with a long queue as the self check in was out of action. the bar was incredibly busy with limited seating and slow service. the room was basic and expensive

Airport shuttle was excellent and Rehana, our driver, was outstanding... very friendly and helpful. I hope we see her again some day. Our room was wonderful, and the breakfast was outstanding... better than some of the five star hotels we have stayed at in London U.K.

Excellent breakfast (both in choice and staff). Very smelly bedroom though. Smelt like stale cigarette smoke in the bedroom, the bed throws had such an awful smell we put them in the bath overnight. The toilet also smelt of urine.

My stay was OK. The staff great. The hotel looked dated but the rooms were nice. The heater never worked in the room & it was poorly lit. A sheltered drop off area was missing too. Otherwise I like that the windows in the room opned for fresh air and the linen was clean.
