There was no breakfast and supposed to get free pastries with coffee but they said it was not available till the evening. You couldn’t get snacks with the $10 credit either! Very disappointing!

The room and most of the floor of around the room, smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Was informed after I had already checked in that there was no breakfast available in the morning. The hotel lobby has a nice aesthetic, but the stay was a disappointment.

Amazing experience, went to stay there to see the phantom of the opera, amazing performance, the one thing I wish I was told when I checked in was to use my room key to operate elevator, otherwise it was an amazing stay in a historic building, I would definitely return, clean and comfortable.
